Whoa! I thought that group fizzed out years ago. I found an lp of theirs from back in the 1980s just recently.

Still going strong and Ernie is still hitting those high notes with ease! Go see them when they are in your area. Great 4 part harmony!

Three years when we were between tenors, (Harold Reed coming in and Jeremy Peace leaving) we had a two week period that Ernie Phillips came and filled in. Let me tell you, Ernie can still sing some tenor. In fact, I told the audiences that we sang to that "If NO ONE ELSE like it, I do." Ernie was and always will be my favorite tenor.

I wanted to come see your band on the 24th in Jefferson GA but did not. I want to ask the piano player how he starts off "Meet Me At the Table"! I always liked that song; I have to first recording done back in 1986..but I like the 2nd version better. I want to learn that piano intro on it!

Yes, I had the chance to appear on a program with the Land Of The Sky Boys a few weeks ago, and Ernie has still got it!

Remember that rain in Golden Valley, Brent? You did some pretty good bass singing, too.

Boy do I ever remember the rain! Thought I would have to swim out of there for a minute haha! Rain so loud it drowned out the sound....no pun intended ;-)
I appreciate the compliment! You did a great job also!

Please hurry and book some dates back around the Greenville, S.C. area. This is a good solid quartet. They can feature all members and sound good. Have you got your new cd yet?
